Congratulations,
You successfully completed one more day of your life.
You enjoyed one more day chasing all your dreams.
You successfully finished one more day taking care of your parents.
You successfully finished one more day taking care of your spouse and children.
You passed yet another day working for your employer.
You passed yet another day searching solutions to your problems.
You successfully completed one more day making efforts in order to solve your problem.
You passed yet another day solving issues of your siblings.
You thankfully passed yet another day not fighting with your partner☺️.

Did you feel good if you were able to finish one of such tasks today. If yes, try making a habit of congratulating or rewarding yourself at the end of the day for accomplishing every single task. You will feel so good and relaxed and motivated at the same time for the coming day.

If there were some things which you were not able to complete today, don’t worry, try to make it up for them next day.

Many of us feel very guilty if we are not able to complete some task which was supposed to be completed today. We start getting disturbed about that. And if it continues for long enough, it can lead to anxiety and depression. And we start feeling demotivated. We start loosing confidence in ourselves. But this is not an ideal behaviour. Instead, try to say it loud to ourself that It is not a big deal if we were not able to it today, we should try to do it tomorrow, next day after tomorrow and so on. We should try to work hard until we achieve it, nobody is stopping us.

Remember, every day is a new day. Every new day brings with it new joys, new challenges and new opportunities. We should welcome every day with a smile on our face. We should be positive about it. We should think like today we will accomplish some new things, learn something new, will have some new experience and so on. We should find and enjoy every single little moment of our life. For example, lunch or dinner with the whole family is the perfect moment of joy that we can cherish for every single day.

It all depends on us how we want our new day. If we welcome the day with positive thinking and keep thinking positively about the day, then most likely we will remain calm and positive throughout the day and we will be able to face all the challenges successfully. We will not feel any stress and will be automatically motivated to complete our tasks.

But if we start our day with a negative thought and keep thinking about the past full of regrets and guilt, then most likely the new day will also be negative. And as I mentioned earlier, if this continues, every day coming will be negative unless we understand the need of positivity in our life.

Even though we are going through tough times in our life, we should try to stay positive. I know it is very difficult to stay calm and positive in difficult situations. But we should try to remain calm. We must think that this too shall pass. We should try to energize ourselves by finding small happiness around us. Have faith in ourselves, we will be able to overcome this. It’ll be just a few more days, everything will be fine.

Everyone has to face such a tough time at some point of life, it is up to us whether we want to face it, by constantly cribbing about it or trying to stay positive and come up with solutions.
